Final exams for evening, Saturday, and noon classes may be scheduled by the instructor, given on the last day of class, or according to the schedule above.  An announcement must be made during class concerning the exam time.   The Division Chair and the Vice President for Academic Affairs must be notified of scheduled exam.  Exams are scheduled for Saturday, April 29, 2017, for all Saturday classes for December graduating seniors.

All Final exams must be given at the above times to avoid conflicts and confusion.  Exams should not be given before scheduled exam times without prior approval from the Vice President of Academic Affairs.

Students who will need to miss an exam for personal reasons must write a letter to the instructor prior to the exam stating the reason for the request; the instructor must approve the request in writing.  The instructor’s approval along with the student’s request is then submitted to the Vice President for Academic Affairs for final approval.
A student who has been called to report for active duty must submit a copy of his/her orders to the Vice President for Academic Affairs who will make special arrangements to assist the student in completing his/her course work.

NOTE: ALL SENIORS ARE REQUIRED TO ATTEND CLASS UNTIL THE LAST DAY OF CLASSES – FRIDAY, APRIL 28, 2017

GRADES FOR STUDENTS GRADUATING IN DECEMBER ARE DUE: Monday, May 1, 2017, by 12:00 p.m.

GRADES FOR GRADUATING SENIORS MUST BE SUBMITTED VIA THE JICS CAMPUSWEB.
